But does acv play any role in weight loss?

He also recommended that dieters not take any other sweetened beverages before meals.
A related study involving mice and monkeys found that acv slowed the growth of fat in the abdominal area, but did not affect the growth of muscle cells. The researchers concluded that the glucose inhibitory effects of acv were more important than its ability to burn calories. It appears that Dr. Lee is right about the benefits of and for weight loss. However, he is probably right about the need to exercise and feed the metabolism so that excess glucose does not accumulate in the body.
